This program is designed for clients interested in exercising to reduce stress and improve overall health through mind/body classes. Workout sessions include stretch and relaxation exercises (such as yoga, pilates mat, and basic stretch routines) and more. The focus of the program is to help clients discover the mind-body connection to health, fitness, and wellness. This program includes initial and final fitness consultations and assessments, workout sessions with a personal trainer, a workbook that includes a personal journal, food log, workout planner, and information on stress management, relaxation, goal setting, healthy eating and more.
